Plumber

We are excited to announce we are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout East Devon. Expectations of the successfully appointed Multi Plumber:

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Plumbing and Heating or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
• Experience in domestic plumbing & repairs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of residential environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
• Motivated and flexible in your approach to work. You’ll be able to work to individual and team output targets.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plumber role, with the use of a company van and fuel card.
