We are excited to announce we are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join our successful Response Maintenance Business.You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout East Devon. Expectations of the successfully appointed Multi Plumber:
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Plumbing and Heating or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Experience in domestic plumbing & repairs
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of residential environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
Motivated and flexible in your approach to work. You’ll be able to work to individual and team output targets.
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plumber role, with the use of a company van and fuel card.
