We're seeking a Labourer to join our successful Refurbishment & Projects team, supporting kitchen and bathroom renovations across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Working alongside our directly employed tradespeople, you'll play a key role in residential refurbishment projects, from strip-out through to installation.

The Labourer role:

• Supporting Multi-Trade Carpenters and Plumbers on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects through out New Forest, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
• Driving a long wheelbase company van to collect and deliver materials.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials, equipment, and waste between sites.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working environments.
• Assisting with site preparation, clearances, and general labouring duties.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

What will you bring to the Labourer role?

• Previous experience as a Labourer, General Operative, or experience of working in a similar trade-related environment.
• You will be comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role involving the daily lifting, carrying and movement of heavy materials.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the industry.
• The ability to work professionally in customers' homes and occupied properties.
• CSCS card desirable.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
