With multiple Response contracts in the North West, we are looking for skilled Multi Trades, Plumbers, Carpenters and Plasterers who want to work close to home, serve their own community, and enjoy the benefits of a truly local role. What will you be doing:
- Health & Safety first - We're committed to keeping you safe, happy, and supported. Safety is central to every aspect of this role, for you, us, and our customers.
- Multi trade or Plumber or Carpentry work - Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, including joinery, plumbing, and plastering.
- Customer focused - Enjoy working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team.
- Problem solving - Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.
- Responsive repairs - Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties. (Emergency call out on a rota basis)
What you will bring to the role:
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.
With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
