Labourer

We are excited to be recruiting for a new role within our Leeds Response Unit! We seek a General Operative /Labourer to join our high achieving direct trade workforce. You will be covering the Bradford/Leeds area

What will you bring as General Operative OR Labourer?

  • Previous experience of working as a Labourer or General Operative in a maintenance or similar trade-based environment would ideal
  • Working within Void properties able to support some refurb works such as Painting and loft installation works.  
  • Flexibility to help multi operatives undergo 2 person jobs and to complete general void repairs
  • Environmental clean and clear - preferably but not essential
  • The ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of public and residential environments, with a flexible, positive, and can-do attitude, essential
  • The ability to use initiative and problem solve whilst also recognising the importance of communicating and working effectively with others.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the General Operative/ Labourer role
