Multi-Trade Bathroom Fitter

We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Bathroom Fitter  to join our successful Capital business based in the Romsey area to work in Hampshire and Berkshire.You will be part of a friendly direct trades team working within residential properties completing internal refurbishment programmes (kitchens and bathrooms) and planned works across Southampton, Basingstoke, Reading and South Coast.

The Multi Trade role:

• Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, flooring and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attending  routine repairs as well as planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties) on occasions too
• Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
• Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.

What you will bring as a (Trade):

• You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
• Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working in a (responsive/ planned) environment
• Strong customer facing skills are essential, as you often be the face of the business from our customers perspective
• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
