Our Amesbury capital unit has been successful in securing new works and we are looking for a Working Foreperson to join our Team to work in the Wiltshire area. What will you bring as a Foreperson?
Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in a core internal trade or similar professional body is preferred
Health and Safety trained
Experience as a Working Foreperson, ability to oversee trade staff on site for Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and responsible attitude towards work
The ability to 'lead by example' and incentivise an experienced directly employed trade workforce
Confidence in using IT systems or the willingness to learn with training and support
The possession of a full current UK Driving Licence, which is essential to undertake the Foreperson role, with the use of a company van and fuel card included.
